Browning 1911-22 Holsters - Review
The Browning 1911-22 is one of the most popular handgun silencers on the market. It is one of the most reliable and durable too. It's also one of the cheapest. You may want to consider buying a couple.
The gun holster itself is really very simple. There are two sections that make up the holster. One section is a thin piece of metal that runs across the top of the grip of the gun. This is lined up with the second piece of metal, which screws into the grip. Both pieces of metal are textured so they can be blended into the gun's stock.
Once these are set into place, you can then put your gun into the holster. To do this, lay the gun on its side with the butt forward. If you align the sights down, this will help you find the bottom of the gun and raise it properly. Simply press down on the trigger and slowly move it in a circles motion until you have it at the front of your hip. Make sure to keep the gun in the upright position though or else you will have some awkward movements when you try to get it out.
Holsters of this type usually have additional attachment points for flashlights, lights, leather cases, nylon fiber gloves and other items as well. The amount of attachment points on a holster varies. Some are more complex than others. Most holsters will open with a simple turn of the handle, but there are some that open with a lever. There are even some that open with a click of a button.
The basic design of this holster is fairly basic. But it's the quality that really sets it apart. When you get one of these holsters, you will probably wonder where you ever got it from. There is just something about it. It might even be the smell of fresh pickled pigs that you can't get out of your head.
If you're looking for a holster for your pistol, then a Browning 1911-22 is your best option. These are the closest replica to an original gun that you can get your hands on. They don't just look like the real gun, they actually feel and operate like one. They can handle all kinds of pressures and have enough room for your fingers to fit around your pistol without touching the trigger.
If you have trouble reaching the buttstock of your gun, the Browning 1911-22 will give you the flexibility to reach it with one hand and still be able to cock the gun with the other. This means you won't have to take your hand off of the trigger in order to take the gun out. It also adds another layer of comfort to the already wonderful trigger. You don't have to worry about your finger getting sore after shooting for several hours straight. It just works out perfectly.
Another great feature of the 1911-22 is that it can be modified for right or left handed shooters. In other words, you can either go with a traditional pistol grip or a more ergonomic one. These modifications include slide length, cheek pads, magazine support, magazine release, and other stuff. It's definitely worth spending the extra money for one of these because you'll be using it often. That being said, don't get intimidated if you have never done this before. They make it pretty easy.
Since it's a belt holster you can wear it anywhere. Some users even use it for camping trips, yet one thing they don't realize is that there are different models for both the cold and warm weather. No matter where you decide to wear it though, just make sure you get a comfortable fit.
One other nice thing about the Browning 1911-22 is how easy it is to put on and take off. There are only two pieces which are secured by a click and lock mechanism. It makes taking the gun off so much easier than some other styles of holsters I've seen. This is definitely a plus.
There is definitely room for one more improvement. There isn't any. The Browning 1911-22 is perfect for the one time use, the everyday carry, or the occasional target shooting. It's perfect for any purpose you may have for it. It will also save you money over other non working accessories.
