A sling bag usually has various storage options. Some are designed to make them blend into a more outdoorsy look based on the different fabrics used. The zippers are usually YKK, or in some cases, flatlock cord zippers.
The best sling bags usually have a storage area, and in the storage area, an organizer with loops on the inside, and elastic that you could put magazines, knives, medical supplies, or anything that you can think that will be useful for tactical situations.
